Quality Objectives
The objectives of the quality management by processes used in DCI, allow proposing and implementing additional improvements to the work methods and practices.
These objectives are communicated to all the Management Team, whose responsibility is to adapt the organization objectives at their level and ensure that they are met.
It is essential for the success of the Project to build a trustful relationship between the DCI and the employer and to anticipate, understand and take full consideration of the client's expectations.
Achievements of those objectives are monitored through monitoring, measuring of quality objectives, reviewed on a regular basis, and revised as needed.
